Nextel BACKUP service and website are operated by Tarsin (Europe) Limited, who is authorized to use Nextel name and logos. Usage of this service depends on the Terms and Conditions and Privacy agreements detailed in: The user accepts that:

1. The Nextel BACKUP application must be configured previously in his/her handset. Nextel is not responsible if the user does not do the configuration in his device to use the application.
2. To activate the Nextel BACKUP service it is necessary to call to Call Center, having on hand his/her master pin.
3. In case, his/her Nextel device is lost, the user could recover the last updated information through Nextel BACKUP.
4. To have access to information saved by Nextel BACKUP, must use his/her access passcode to get into the website http://www.nextel-backup.com.
5. In the case when monthly fee is not paid, the Nextel BACKUP service will be suspended and application will not work in such period of time.
6. Nextel is not responsible of users not reading features of this application to know how it works and how to configure it, even through website http://www.nextel-backup.com, brochures, or calling to Call Center.
7. Nextel is not responsible for any bad use done to the Nextel BACKUP application by final user or another person with access to the device, thus final user will leave in peace and safe Nextel from any concern, reclamation, demand due from previous affirmation.
8. Any Client opposition to the terms expressed in this terms will conduct to service suspend by Nextel, without any responsibility.
